Are you struggling with an eating disorder, body image concerns, or feeling stuck in your relationship with food? You don’t have to navigate recovery on your own. I’m a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner, licensed in Nebraska and Colorado and based in Omaha, NE. I work with teens and adults using an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and self-compassion–based approach that’s equal parts supportive, real, and empowering. Together, we’ll help you find food peace, rebuild trust with your body, and reconnect with the values that make you you.
