A supportive, anti-diet workshop designed to help you untangle body image struggles, quiet the inner critic, and build a more compassionate relationship with your body—without focusing on weight or appearance.
Cancellation Policy
Workshop Cancellation & Refund Policy Thank you for registering for our upcoming workshop! Because our sessions involve personalized preparation for each participant, we have established the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds. 1. The 72-Hour Window Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled workshop start time are eligible for a full refund (minus any non-refundable processing fees, if applicable). 2. Late Cancellations Cancellations made within 72 hours of the workshop start time are non-refundable. Why? Our workshops require significant individual preparation, material costs, and time dedicated to each attendee well in advance of the event. Once this personalized work has begun, we are unable to recoup those costs. 3. Substitutions If you are unable to attend, you may be able to send someone in your place. However, because materials are often customized to the original registrant, please contact us at courtneyliester.llc@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance to see if a substitution is possible. 4. Event Cancellation by Organizer In the unlikely event that we must cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency, or low enrollment), you will be notified as soon as possible and issued a 100% refund.
